Registrations for the conference will be dealt by Converia Conference Management and Ticketing Software. The link at the bottom will take you to their website where it is possible to register online. All correspondence concerning registration (payment charges, cancellation, etc.) should be directed to ECOSS2020.registration@uni.lu.
Anyone wishing to attend the ECOSS 35 conference must submit a completed registration form.

**The conference fee for an accompanying person includes the Welcome Reception on August 23 and the Gala dinner Cruise on August 26, 2020.

Registration fee Waived for Student Helpers
There are up to
15 positions available for “student helpers” at the conference (e.g. to be microphone runners during the sessions), where the registration fee will be waived. If you are a student and would like to apply for one of these positions please contact the
ECOSS2020.support@uni.lu.
Deadline for guaranteed accommodation
We have made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in Luxembourg, details for which you can find here.
Payment for the conference should be made in EUR via bank transfer, PayPal or with a credit card.
Please ensure that all documents relating to the payment of fees include your name, address, ECOSS2020 and ID number as a reference.
Cancellation must be in writing and sent to ECOSS2020.registration@uni.lu.
– In case of cancellation before (and including) the 24th June 2020, the full amount less a cancellation fee of EUR 100 will be refunded.
– In case of cancellation after the 24nd June 2020, no refund will be made.
All refunds will only be processed after the conference.
